1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

• Item must be unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.

• Return requests must be initiated by contacting Imran Autos via email or phone.

2. When Returns or Refunds Are Accepted

You may request a return or refund if:

• You receive a wrong item (product differs from what was ordered)

• The item is incomplete (missing parts or accessories)

• The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

3. Exceptions / Non‑Refundable Items

• If the item has been used, installed, disassembled, or altered in any way.

• Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

• Items returned after the 3‑day window.

• “Change of mind” returns (i.e. you just decided you don’t want it) will only be accepted under special circumstances and may incur restocking charges.

4. Refund Methods & Timeline

• Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected.

• If approved, refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.

• Processing time for refund: typically 5‑10 business days after inspection and approval.

• Shipping/handling charges are non‑refundable unless the error is ours (i.e. wrong/damaged item).

5. Replacement & Exchange

• If a replacement is needed (e.g. wrong item, defect), Imran Autos will send the correct or equivalent item upon receiving the returned product.

• You may choose an exchange instead of refund.

• In the event the exact item is out of stock, Imran Autos will offer a refund or an alternative item of equivalent value.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping will be borne by Imran Autos.

• If the return is for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

7. Cancellation of Orders

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment without penalty.

• Once the order is shipped, the Return & Refund Policy above applies.
